Spatial law comprises of rules that regulate the zoning of an area. Other than zoning, spatial law comprises of rules that determine the categories and content concerned with land use pursuant to the town planning in general or other specific operation that is imposed or permitted with each specific use of land of the general town planning designs. Furthermore, Town planning Law comprises of rules which are applied to reconstruction. Lastly, the zoning – eminent domain sector is the most specific sector of the above law.
