Court experience on issues pertaining to Criminal Law and particularly on issues concerning financial crime whilst exercising company authority.

1.- Study of Civil law concerning: Inter-contractual obligation by third-party acts, assistance and substitution of the debtor by a third party. (Profs M. Stathopoulos, P. Papanikolaou, M. Avgoustianakis and F. Kallimopoulos).
2.- Study on Commercial law concerning: Issues on Law of stock markets (derivatives, monetary policy, etc) (Profs Th. Liakopoulos and G. Soufleros).
3.- Study on Penal suspension – Reform concerning: The legislative policy in Italy on encountering crime pursuant to the new Law of 10th October 1986 Law 663 (Prof. Ν. Kourakis).
4.- Study on Personal Labour law concerning: The consequences of microelectronic technology on personal work relationships and in particular the phenomenon of teleworking (Prof D. Travlos).
5.- Study on Securities law concerning: the dematerialisation of securities on the capital market (Prof. Antapasis).
