Constitutional Law is a branch of the Law that comprises of the constitutional rules and the impact that these have on the relations between private individuals and their relationship with the State. Administrative Law concerns the relationship between private individuals or a company with administrative and governmental bodies. These bodies issue regulatory or administrative acts providing private individuals or companies with entitlements, or conversely impose administrative prohibitions and administrative penalties. Specific issues that fall under administrative law do not fall under the specific field of administrative law, such as loans for industrial-textile and professional plants within and out of the Attica Prefecture (Law 3325/2005), stores of a sanitary concern, legislation regarding war disabled persons (law 1044/1971, kiosks) and more.
